About Linda

Linda is a mature individual with much life experience. Her practice is limited to provide the best help. Prior to becoming a Mental Health Therapist and Family and Relationship Counselor, she worked for 7 years as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) representing to the Court the best interest of children who were removed from their family because of abuse or neglect.
     
Linda graduated with honors from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a Master of Arts in Counseling. She also holds a Certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy, and is a National Certified Counselor with experience and special training working with children in Play Therapy. Linda is dually licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Linda is active with respected local colleagues as a former board member of the Central Florida Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the Association for Play Therapy.

She regularly attends national meetings and conferences and consults with a wide range of colleagues. Linda receives referrals from and consults with pediatricians, school counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
